My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

Everyone relaxing in Mom & Dad's bed still in pajamas, eating pancakes and bacon with lots of syrup, watching cartoons and the Dallas Morning News, and enjoying a Diet Coke.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

Having my own kids has put a whole new perspective on what my Mom did for me as a child and continues to do. There were no websites for moms when we were little. How did she do it?!

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is...

I was doing a "canon ball" off the diving board to entertain my kids, and they said, "Just do your best, mom!"

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

When they performed their version of the television show, "So You Think You Can Dance."

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Try not to think about how or whether I'll be able to do what needs to be done. Just do it!

What always puts a smile on your face?
