My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

A large cup of coffee after a long early morning jog, and then spending time with my husband and kids. A trip to the Farmer's Market might be in order as well!

Which living person do you most admire and why?

My grandmother, 'Toots' Gallinger....A child of the Great Depression, a cancer survivor, a talented musician/entertainer...At the age of 92 and after raising 3 boys, seeing 6 grandchildren and 6 great grand children, she has more zest and love for life than anyone I know.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

..that small and seemingly insignificant things are a source of joy and excitement. From rolly-pollies to popsicles - my kids remind me of this daily :)

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

My three year old son, Liam, is potty trained, but sometimes he has accidents. Yesterday, he had an accident and while standing in a 'puddle' he said..."I tried to tell it to stop mommy, but it wouldn't listen to me!"

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Going to sleep with a pony tail on top of my head. In the morning I take out the pony tail and the hair falls with volume and no pony tail 'bump.' The hair looks good-to-go without taking a moment's time!

What always puts a smile on your face?

It's a tie....between ice cream and my kids. Pure bliss is eating ice cream with them :)
