My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

A cup of coffee, working on my computer, sitting next to my husband, listening to sounds of our kids playing and laughing.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

My grandfather. Nearly a century old with a positive attitude, and continues to be a tremendous example of how to live your life in a healthy, happy way.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

It's okay mommy. It will all be okay tomorrow.

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

Our 4 year old insisted on bringing his stuffed "angry birds" to church. After a bit of a battle we gave in thinking that perhaps they could use a litte peace.

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Staying in the moment and focusing only on the task at hand.

What always puts a smile on your face?

A great run or Bikram yoga class!
