My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

Getting up early to get a great run or bike ride in when it's sunny, and be done in time to still take the family to church. If it's raining, I find it to be a perfect morning to bake banana bread, my family's favorite breakfast treat.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

I admire people who can stay optimistic about everything, no matter what the situation.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

My daughter once told me "mom, you need to love yourself the way you are."

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

Played with the dog outside in the pollen and got her so excited that she (the dog) ran around in circles in the house for 30 minutes barking for us to keep playing with her! (Pollen side effects you think?)

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Staying focused on what the most important thing that needs to be done each day is, and making that the priority of my time.

What always puts a smile on your face?

Our dog (a bichon) always becomes excited with joy and jumps up and down all over me whenever I walk in the door. Even if I have only been gone for 20 minutes to the grocery store! This is guaranteed to make anyone laugh.
