My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

When the kids wake up and roll down the stairs, ready to enjoy a yummy meal I've prepared with my husband. Then, we head off to church and make it home in time for a bike ride around the Back Bay.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

I most admire my dad who now enjoys his time in an Alzheimer's facility in South Carolina. He's done amazing things with his life while remaining a dedicated dad. There's no greater gift than a father who is committed to his wife and his faith. He and my mom have left a lasting legacy that I will continue in my own family!

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is...

From my 8-year-old son, Will, "Don't ever go scuba diving and fly in an airplane in the same day! The change in pressure is too great! I learned that in 2nd grade!"

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

My 16 year old caught a trout with his BARE Hands!

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Just do it with smiles and encouragement! There is a solution to every problem.

What always puts a smile on your face?
