My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

waking up with my family and casually having a yummy breakfast, then going outside for a beach walk and enjoying sunny San Diego with my family.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

I most admire my Dad because he has risen to every occasion, he has taught me about integrity, strong work ethic, making decisions from instinct and heart and always trying your best.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

Mom, It will all work out..it's ok, don't worry so much.

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

My kids built a fort with a blow-up bed and old blankets and turned it into a diving board jumping into the "deep waters" of the living room

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Focus, determination, setting goals, putting on a smile, getting out there there and owning the day with confidence and fun and doing my very best.

What always puts a smile on your face?

loving my husband and 3 kids, laughing, hanging out with great friends, roadtrips, yoga, beach, a great glass of pinot noir with my favorite people, excelling at what I put my heart into!
