My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

We rise early in this home. I make coffee, Mohit makes breakfast to order for the kids, music plays on the television. These days the windows are open so we can get that brisk morning air in the house.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

My partner is my living hero. No matter how challenging I can be, our life circumstances are, or the kid chaos is, he always has a smile on his face. Living with him is the best balance in my life.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

"Relax Mom..." (said repeatedly by James)

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

We were at the playground after school and a bunch of kids were playing tag. They got tired of playing and one of the kids said "hey lets get the Moms to be it." My kids replied "my mom's old and she can't run." (just an fyi - I have run 6 7 full marathons and 6 half marathons, just in the past 5 years!)

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Make a list and treat myself like an administrative assistant; just start doing the things on the list!!

What always puts a smile on your face?

The sound of my children laughing, a hug from my beloved and vanilla ice cream.
