My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

Lying in bed while the coffee brews, listening to my kids playing and talking with each other downstairs while the smell of breakfast wafts up the stairs. Then I slip on my robe, go downstairs and am greeted with a hot cup of coffee and my family. We all sit down to table and enjoy breakfast together in our jammies.

Which living person do you most admire and why?

I so admire Oprah. There are a lot of people in this world who have the position to do good and help others, but choose not to. I admire her for actively trying to make the world a better place for women and children. Oprah didn't have an easy life growing up, and she is the perfect example of how one can choose to succeed and leave a positive affect on the world despite a bad childhood.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

I was a kindergarten teacher before I had my kids. I find myself always wanting to teach them and seize every teachable moment. One day after picking my son up from soccer and doing some more "teaching", my son said to me, "Finally will you say something good?" Ouch!

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

Oh my gosh! How do you choose just one? My oldest picked every fluffy dandelion between our house and his friend's house, blew on it and wished for the same building set on every dandelion. Or it could be when my daughter put on a straw hat, packed a bag of her play food, attached a toddler wagon with her jump rope to her scooter and then proceeded to go "exploring". Or it could be the amazing dance moves a 5 year old has when he is in his birthday suit and socks on his birthday. Hmm...

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

I wish I had one! I guess I find lists, schedules for the day and time deadlines helpful.

What always puts a smile on your face?

My morning hugs from my kids. Can't think of a better way to start the day.
