Sleeping in while my husband plays with our daughter and waking up to her giggles.
I admire my mom the most. She raised me as a single parent and always made sure I didn't do "without". She is a strong independant woman, who taught me the value of being my own person. She's kind and nurturing and always respected me as a person.
It's not direct advice it's "advice" from watchng kids. They are free to be themselves, have fun and be free. I try to take what they do an apply it to my life and live life full of fun.
Just this week my daughter, who's 3, was talking about when she gets big and all the "big people". My daughter says to me "and Mommy's big and Daddy's big and Grandma's big and Grandpa's big and Grammy's little". I about died laughing, cause my mother in law is so short. Apparenlty in a 3 year old's mind her 70 year old Grammy is little like her.
inspiration and drive...every day things inspire me to get things done. When I do something, I want to do it right. This drives me to get it done
Tucking in my daughter in bed at night and hearing "I love you Mommy".
