My idea of a perfect Sunday morning is...

Getting a full night's rest, stopping at Starbucks on the way to church, praising Jesus and eating out at lunch so I don't have to cook or clean!

Which living person do you most admire and why?

On a professional, silly level . . . the Pioneer Woman - Ree Drummond. She lives on a working ranch in Oklahoma not far from me, is raising and homeschooling four children, while blogging uber-succesfully, being a published author and a renowned cook.

The best advice I've ever gotten from a kid is..

My kids think my dad - "Poppa" - knows everything and can fix anything. They're forever telling me, "Ask Poppa. He'll know." or "Poppa can fix it."

The funniest thing my kids did this week was...

My middle child is hilarious and sees life through his own lens. Just this week he told me that he didn't want his teddy grahams because they were touching his sandwich and had become "peanut butter and jelly-ous."

My biggest secret for getting from to-do to ta-da is...

Tenacity. Just keeping on until it's done and not letting any of the little stuff get to you.

What always puts a smile on your face?

My kids. They drive me CRAZY but going in after they've gone to sleep and kissing them or listening to their silly stories and funny laughs just can't be beat.
