Does your kid have an eye for fashion? (Here's a quick test: do they hand you an accessory as you walk out the door in the morning that pulls everything together way better than you did yourself?) You could let them sit around this summer and watch Project Runway re-runs. Or ... a hands-on fashion sewing camp!
This one-week camp for boys and girls (ages six through teen) teaches different sewing techniques, fashion illustration, and pattern manipulation, and even goes into draping, design, quilting and jewelry-making. It focuses on clothing children can wear, including skirts, capris, tops, PJ bottoms, and more. Kids design based on skill level, and finish the week with a fashion show!
This offer may be used only for the camp during the week of July 16 - 20. Choose the session that best fits your schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 - 6:00 p.m..
