101 Concepts presents their latest addition to Atlanta’s exciting dining scene with the opening of Cibo e Beve (pronounced Chee-boh e Bevay). They celebrate the vibrant food, wine and culture of Italy, while paying respect to the best seasonal produce from local growers. With an emphasis on sustainable agriculture, Executive Chef/Partner Linda Harrell brings her passion and experience of over 20 years to the table to delight guests with cooking in the traditions of Italy. Their unique libations, created by resident Mixologist Justin Hadaway and his team, pay homage to the classics while creating stunningly innovative creations for their late night cocktail scene, served at Cibo’s handcrafted Zinc Bar.
