You'll receive two hours of personal instruction at home from Chef Carlos Crusco, a man who began learning to cook at the age of 10 from true food lovers - his mom (well-versed in Argentinian cuisine) and dad (purveyor of fine Mediterranean and French)!

Choose from a few different menus:

1. Father's Day Cook Out – In celebration of Dad's, cook up the outdoor "all grill" menu. Choose one of two menu options: Grilled fish tacos, grilled salsa verde and grilled corn, tomatillo, red onion salsa OR grilled steaks, roasted garlic chimichurri compound butter and grilled herb potatoes. 
2. Italian Methods & Homemade Food - Learn to make a quick tomato sauce, a winter style sauce that uses various vegetables, or how to make and jar oven-dried tomatoes. 
3. Argentine and Latin with a focus on sauces - This class focuses mainly on Mexican and Argentinian sauces and the dishes that go with it. 
4. Spanish Food and Tapas - Learn why people have become so infatuated with the small plate style of Spanish delicacies. The simplicity of the dishes makes them popular and adaptable for all home cooks and chefs alike.
