Paul Fink has over 17 years of weight training, running and endurance experience and over 10 years of instruction and personal training experience. He holds degrees in tai chi, American kenpo karate, and a black belt in taekwondo. Paul is fitness director and head instructor for Villari’s self defense centers in Austin. He teaches various classes, including tai chi, yoga, kickboxing, bootcamp, and more. Paul is experienced in training all experience levels and ages, and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, available for private or group training.
