Fresa's Chicken al Carbon is an Austin-owned drive-through restaurant serving charcoal-grilled, locally-grown chicken, freshly-prepared tortas, salads, sides, homemade ice creams, aguas frescas, and a variety of beer and wine. Their family-style meals feature the highest quality pasture-raised birds, marinated in achiote and freshly-squeezed citrus or fresh oregano and cracked pepper. Their chicken is grilled slowly over hardwood charcoal and served with housemade tortillas, rice, beans, and fresh salsas.
