Activities
There's a whole new meaning to Trick-Or-Treating. With today's offer, the family will have a spooktacular adventure in Broad Meadow Brook Sanctuary's magical forest.
On October 12th or 13th, you'll depart at sundown on the trail, lit by glowing luminaria and pumpkins. Everyone will be thrilled to meet the creatures and spirits of "Boo" Meadow Brook in their natural habitat on a guided, educational tour. And of course, a festive hike isn't so festive without costumes – dress up and celebrate Halloween even sooner! With this offer, you'll get two tickets for the price of one, or four for the price of two! No, it's not a trick – but definitely a treat for everyone.
Mass Audubon works to protect the nature of Massachusetts for people and wildlife. Together with more than 100,000 members, they care for 35,000 acres of conservation land, provide school, camp, and other educational programs for 225,000 children and adults annually, and advocate for sound environmental policies at local, state, and federal levels. At Mass Audubon' Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary you can explore over 400 acres of woods, fields, streams, and marsh. While here, search for 80 different species of butterflies, prowl for owls, or learn to snowshoe. The Conservation Center features interpretive exhibits including a large 3-D model of the entire sanctuary and a wall-to-ceiling map of the Blackstone River watershed.
