Evolve Bootcamp's hope is to improve your overall fitness through bootcamp style workouts that include martial arts, yoga and healing disciplines. After working along with clients in these three arts, Shelley has discovered that three components were critical to maintaining health and wellness. Shelley loves to encourage individuals to move beyond their comfort zone mentally, physically and even spiritually! When a student says over and over again “I can’t do it” then suddenly they find they just did it, then use that experience as a metaphor for whatever unexpected daily life tasks that arise!
