Activities
Does you kiddo wear a cowboy hat to the dinner table? Does he or she continually try to ride your dog? You may not be ready to build a barn and invest in hay, but you would like to see your little cowpoke happy, right? Take today's deal, pull on your boots, and put yourself and your little one in the saddle!
This 90-minute lesson is also good for your child and a friend if you're a bit pony-shy, or add as many people to you posse as you want at just $15 per person. Beginner to expert, child to adult, whatever your level, you'll learn a lot in a safe and fun environment - helmet rentals are included. Depending on experience, riders will walk, trot, lope, gallop, practice turnarounds, rollbacks and even learn how to take care of your horse. Classes are offered seven days a week, so ride 'em cowgirl!
Monique Potts has been involved with horses her entire life. She has been teaching children and adults her techniques of natural horsemanship at the Diamond Double T Ranch since 2003. Her early years were spent with her mother who bred, sold, and trained horses and gave riding lessons. Monique began attending and riding in Buck Brannaman clinics, and accredits much of her horsemanship philosophy to Buck's influence throughout her life.
