Chicago is one of the finest cities to walk around in, and now it’s gotten even more fun. Pick your choice of three walking tours with Chicago’s Finest River Walk Tour Company, and you’ll see for yourself how amazing the Windy City truly is.
The Chicago History Tour runs for about 2 and a half hours and takes walkers through the rich history of the city through storytelling and visualization. The tour begins at Michigan Avenue and includes the Vietnam Plaza, Trump Power and Wrigley Building. Tours run Monday through Friday at 10am and 2pm, and Saturday and Sunday at 2pm.
The Borgers & Brews Tours, restricted to those 21 and over, completes Chicago’s walking tour off with a trip to the legendary Billy Goat Tavern for a cheezborger and brew. Learn about the “Curse of the Billy Goat” and tap into Chicago’s entertainment history. Tours are typically three hours and run Thursdays at 4pm.
The Brunch Tours last about three hours and happen on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30am. Work up a good appetite as you walk through a little city history while also enjoying a signature Chicago meal at Houlihans. Enjoy a traditional brunch buffet with eggs, muffins, bacon, yogurt and coffee while you burn calories!
At Chicago's Finest River Walk Tour, their motto is "Levity is not a barrier to a great history tour!" This guest-friendly excursion is the city's most entertaining and dynamic history walking tour! The history tour's narrative was designed to complement the city's many bus and boat tours with lots of new information. Their tours take approximately 2 1/2 hours either outside along Chicago's scenic River Walk or inside Chicago's Pedway-an underground city of tunnels and amenities.
