Little leaguers between 3 and 8 years old will get two 30-minute, private lessons where they'll receive direction that is backed by the latest research in biomechanics, motor learning, sports psychology, and more. Older players (7 to 18 years old) have one lesson, plus a 30-minute video evaluation that will help them make corrections to their swing, stance, pitch, and more.
