  • Adult Equestrian Fitness Classes: 50-minute unmounted stretching and body strengthening classes led by certified trainers.
  • 3-Day "Rusty Stirrups" Adult Equestrian Camp: Experience three days of relaxing equine therapy and fitness where you'll prepare your body for riding, meet your horse and get to know him or her, and practice the safety and psychology of horse handling. Enjoy a healthy picnic lunch while you ask your trainer questions and reflect on your morning experience. Each day includes a lesson in the saddle.
