Functional Strength Pilates has brought it's award winning Pilates Equipment and Mat classes to Castle Rock and added Vinyasa Yoga! They offer both private lessons and small group classes in the Classical Method of Pilates instruction. Classes are semi-private with only four - six students in each class so they can focus on individual alignment and proper technique from the beginning! All instructors are comprehensively trained and have studied with the foremost movement educators in the industry.
