Sure, your child will have plenty of fun and play loads of games at Mike Giles' Fun Summer Karate Camp July 9-13, but more importantly, he or she will make new friends, and learn how to respond to bullies. Your little grasshopper will also develop concentration, discipline, and anger management, while building confidence and self-esteem. Classes can be attended in the morning (9am-noon) or afternoon (1pm—4pm), so they easily fit with you full summer schedule.

Mike Giles Family Karate is a family martial arts center, where you can train with your child or alone. MGFK believes that "the family who kicks together sticks together!" Their character development program teaches children how to develop good habits, have a positive attitude, practice school safety, and stranger awareness. For adults, they offer cardio kickboxing workouts. This is a fun and exciting class that includes using punching bags and kick shields. With this class you'll workout with a purpose!
