At The Lobby they believe fresh food, is the best food! Their menu, created by Chef Nate Gravina, is prepared for each order using locally-sourced ingredients and purveyors when available. Their meats are delivered fresh by Tonali's Meats, a family company located in Arvada, Colorado. Their breads are delivered daily from Aspen Baking, a company headquartered in Denver, that prides itself on a product consisting of no preservatives and all-natural ingredients. When possible, we source our vegetables from local markets the very day they are served to your table. The Lobby prides itself on making your dining experience a delight.
