As a mom, life is about finding balance and nurturing your mind and spirit as well as your body. Stroller Strides group classes provide fun and playful activities with your child in tow while you reach your fitness goals, building a tight community of likeminded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter! This community is the Plum Mom's Club, and membership is free! Plum Mom's Club hosts playdates, moms' nights out and activities for you and your family. So you'll rediscover how fun exercise is, and break a bit of a sweat. You were a champ in labor, Mom, so a workout isn't so intimidating anymore!
Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!" Stroller Strides offers several class formats, which can be taught outdoors or in a variety of unique indoor settings.
