What is the Adventure Boot Camp of Denver for Women?
It's a four-week outdoor program filled with fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training. But more importantly it's an opportunity to get inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer - 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year!
The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina. You'll get these results by practicing core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
