At this year's 28th annual event, the Ocean Institute has announced its 7th annual Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle. The raffle ends Thursday, October 18th with an Early Bird deadline of August 16th. Buy a ticket and secure your chance to win a beautiful Laguna Beach home or $1 million in cash. The home has a whitewater ocean view and is a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, shops and the elegant Montage Resort and Spa. Raffle tickets are $150 and only 20,000 tickets will be sold.
