Indigo Hot Yoga Center teaches the Barkan Method, a style of Hatha Yoga that originated from a lineage in Calcutta, India. The yoga classes are practiced in a heated room at 105 Degree’s and 50-60 Percent Humidity, with a constant flow of fresh, filtered air emanating throughout the studio. The heat is used to stretch and strengthen various areas of the body. The practice brings vital balance and restores all systems to optimal health.
