Indigo Hot Yoga Center teaches the Barkan Method, a style of Hatha Yoga that originated from a lineage in Calcutta, India. The yoga classes are practiced in a heated room at 105 Degree’s and 50-60 Percent Humidity, with a constant flow of fresh, filtered air emanating throughout the studio.
