The inspiration for creating Grab A Scab came from a mother of three young children who continually ripped open the knees of their pants. She created Scabs as an easy way to mend clothing with something the kids would WANT to wear. Grab a Scab was launched in June 2010 and the immediate reaction to Scabs from kids and parents alike was fantastic. In 2012, JDNA, a North American toy distrubutor purchased Grab A Scab Inc. and is now bringing Scabs to retail stores in Canada and the United States.
