Gilligan doesn’t have anything on you. At least, after you sail away with a one or two day sailing class with Rob Swain Sailing School.
Get lost at sea – well, not literally – with an intro to sailing course that teaches the sailing basics on a 24-foot keelboat. Sail away after in-classroom and on-water lessons that challenge all levels of sailing experts, where terminology, knots, theory and boat parts are explored. At the end of two days and eight hours of training on the water you’ll get the chance to take a basic keelboat written exam for certification (for an added $75 fee), and sail away on your own.
It’s adventurous, it’s romantic and it sure beats another Saturday afternoon watching waves from the beach.
