Cheshire Pilates Studio prides itself in having highly-qualified Stott Pilates instructors. Their instructors are required to successfully complete 40 hours of class instruction, in addition to 40 hours of observation, practice, and teaching. After the 80 hours of professional training are finished, potential instructors need to take both a written and practical exam that tests their knowledge of posture analysis, anatomy, and all of the exercises. Stott Pilates instructors must be experts in the breathing pattern, the ordering of exercises, and the proper usage of all equipment.
