The Get Real 4 Health ClearYou 21-Day Detox Program can be started as soon as you are ready to go. Each day will touch on one or two, easy-to-implement topics with information, recipes, tips, inspiration, and action steps to take. All materials will be downloadable in pdf format, so you can easily reference and continue to use everything you are discovering about your body, food, toxins, and healthy habits. Participants will also be given the opportunity for a specially designed ClearYou Breakthrough Session for direct support during the program.
