The Nitty Gritty:

• Both cleaning and organization services good for home or office
• Services available within a 30 mile radius of Katy/Sugarland
• Travel costs may be incurred beyond stated radius
• Standard homes (3-4 bedrooms) can be completed in 3 hours
• Aspens cleaning staff will clean with a combination of their cleaning supplies and the homeowner's cleaning supplies
• Customer must supply mop, broom and toilet brush for cleaning
• Customer may buy 2, plus 1 as gift
• 1 voucher per visit 
• May not combine vouchers
• If home is completed in less than 3 hours, change/credit will not be provided and the remainder of the voucher will be void
• Option to purchase additional time at full $40/per hour rate is available
• Please let Aspens know the size of your home when scheduling to determine if extra time will be needed
• Scheduling subject to availability
• Organizing and moving services include: ironing, laundry, garage clean up, packing, removal and/or stacking boxes, moving furniture or other items (not to exceed 50-60 lbs) from one room to another
• Closet, kitchen cabinets and pantry clean up and organizing
• Reservation required
• Voucher must be used in 1 transaction
• Cancellations require 24 hour notice
• Standard homes (3-4 bedrooms) can be completed in 3 hours and will depend on number of Aspen cleaners: 1 cleaner = 3 full hours; 2 cleaners = 1.5 hours
• Limit 1 voucher per transaction
