Indy Boot Camp is a high-intensity fitness boot camp for all fitness levels and ages where you'll have fun and get in awesome shape! They'll help jump start your fitness routine, while allowing you to go at your own pace - classes can be adapted for any fitness level. You'll achieve your personal fitness goals, by staying motivated and accountable toward success at weekly camps that are challenging and safe. They can even create exercise programs that incorporate muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, cross-training, and cardio-respiratory conditioning based on our campers needs and comfort levels.

Eagle Creek: 6am-7am
Greenwood, Center Grove, Beech Grove, and Southport: 6:15pm-7:15pm
Castleton, Fishers, and Geist: 9:15am-10:15am, 5:00pm-6:00pm, 6:15pm-7:15pm
