With this offer, your child will get one week of unlimited sessions of Energy Camp at Y.E.S! Fitness. It'll feel like playtime while they're breaking a sweat training with Fitwall cardio, Fitwall strength and flexibility, and water fitness. They'll engage in kicking, hitting and catching athletics as well as drills, relays and fitness games. You'll both be smiling afterwards because exercise is fun for them, and you'll know they're on the path for an active life!
