CrossFit South Bay Kids camp is a week-long fitness camp for children ages 9 to 12. Your child will learn healthy habits while making new friends and focusing on a different sports skill daily. By the end of the week, they will have the fundamentals to succeed at any sport. Plus, they'll learn how to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others. They'll be having so much fun they won't even realize they're doing something good for them! Snacks and lunch are provided. Camp is August 15-19.
CrossFit South Bay FUNdamentals is a fun and non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great. You will use CrossFit methodologies to run, jump, and use your own body weight along with some resistance training in constantly varied, moderately intense workouts. The result is a lean and toned body and a new outlook on fitness.
No matter what your fitness level, CrossFit coaches will help you scale the workouts to ensure that no one is ever left behind. You don't need to be in good shape to get started. You just need to show up with a good attitude and give it your all. CrossFit South Bay's goal is functional fitness. Their program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
