What you need to know:

  • Shape up for summer with a certified personal trainer! Dylan holds an impressive background in fitness, nutrition, Kinesiology, and pre-physical therapy
  • Beach Fitness Class: Saturdays @ 9:30AM by the Santa Monica Pier. 1-hour class. First 1/2 of class focuses on flexibility, mobility, & movement preparation; second 1/2 focuses on metabolic conditioning, which burns 3x more fat than traditional cardio.
  • Semi Private Training for men or women with easy nutrition plan: M-F 6am-12pm & 5pm-8pm. Sat 10:30am-2:30pm. 2-week-long session meets 2x a week for 1 hour. Customized program includes fat loss, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, strength training, & physique training. There will be 1-2 people in each session with different programs but working to achieve the same results.
