An Aerial Arts class at Believe Fitness Studio will begin to strengthen and tone your body while you prepare to soar above ground. You’ll learn how to climb and dance using aerial silks, those strong and fluttery fabrics that graceful circus performers seem to effortlessly clamber up and control using only their fingertips. Those performers are actually rocking some pretty serious upper body strength, and you can, too! This deal is good for one adult or child (eight years and up) Aerial School class.

Don't let the photo intimidate you. Aerial Dance is for you if you're bored with your normal gym classes and want to sculpt and tone your body while having fun climbing, swinging, and playing. Their six-month Ascension Aerial Dance program is a blast for children and culminates with an in-house performance. Check it out and give it a go!
