Manhattan by Sail allows you to tailor your sailing experience for your enjoyment. You may sail during the day, at sunset, or at night. Choose from bunch sails, wine tasting sails, late romantic rendezvous sails, and pirate charters. The Clipper City is a 158-foot topsail schooner that can accommodate up to 150 passengers. It is a steel replica of the 19th century schooners that made New York the center of global commerce over a century ago. The Clipper City was built in the mid 1980s using plans purchased from the Smithsonian. It's decks are spacious and comfortable and there's ample seating, a full bar, and a raised quarter deck that allows for unparalleled views of the city and it's harbor.
