Philanthropy and fun tied into one! Kick off Halloween at the 15th Annual L.A. Cancer Challenge 5K/10K Walk/Run and Kids Can Cure Fun Run benefitting the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
Show your kids that they can make a difference in the fight against cancer by participating in a health and fitness event that brings an added dose of excitement to the final days of October. A family fun affair, the LACC is offering VIP parking, pumpkin pancake breakfast and race registration for the entire family – making it easy to give back to a great cause. All participants receive a race shirt, goody bag and finishers medal. After your walk/run, come visit the Halloween Kid Zone inside the Expo, with arts and crafts, pumpkin decorating, moon bounces, snacks and a children's costume parade. Give this year’s haunting Halloween an added dose of hullaballoo with humanitarian work that everyone can enjoy!
The LACC is a great way to start celebrating Halloween with fun and fitness for the whole family. Halloween-themed activities include costume contests & parades, a huge Health & Fitness Expo, and a Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast. The LA Cancer Challenge is an opportunity to join together to honor those affected by cancer, to support the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research (www.pancreatic.org) and help eradicate this devastating disease.
