The Nitty Gritty:

• Children's Registration is for children ages 2 to 10 years  
• Please complete registration form within 7 days of offer purchase 
• All certificates must be redeemed prior to October 5, 2012
• All participants must register at specific link provided within 7 days of purchase
• After the LA Cancer Challenge receives and verifies the information submitted on your form, you will receive an email confirmation from the LA Cancer Challenge confirming your registration
• Parking pass and parking information will be mailed to the address provided by you 1 week prior to event
• Children being pushed in strollers do not need to register
• Children running in the Kids Can Cure Fun Run need to be registered and will receive a finishers prize 
• Adults can bring their children and either walk the 5K/10K with them, push them in a stroller, or leave them with another adult from your party in the expo area while you race

• By purchasing this offer, you are electronically signing the following waiver on behalf of your family
• Waiver: You, the race participant, individually and on behalf of your heirs and assignees do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Dept. of Greater LA/Veterans Affairs Healthcare system, The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, W2 Promotions, MTZ Productions, and any of these previously mentioned companies' officers, employees and agents("Race Hosts") from liability and any and all claims including the negligence of the Race Hosts, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death)and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in this activity. I hereby release to the race promoter full and exclusive rights to record my performance in said race on film, videotape or still photography for use without compensation
