All of their kids' programming allows for individual attention, encouragement, and most importantly, fun! The goal of the Martial Arts program is to build confidence through knowledge in the mind, honesty in the heart, and strength in the body. In the yoga program, led by Mini Yogis, kids are introduced to an exclusively child-based practice, allowing an opportunity for kids just to be kids within the context of yoga, asana, and meditation. Their goal is to help kids develop flexibility and focus, and have fun.

Created by athletes, for athletes, TRIFIT is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Bernard and Gina Baski. TRIFIT Club & Studios offers cutting-edge programming combined with dedicated coaching from professionals who understand genuine fitness of body, mind, and spirit. Completing the picture is TRÜYOGA, one of Los Angeles' first "green," eco-friendly yoga studios. The philosophy behind TRIFIT is that there are three pillars of fitness: Strength (core classes), Cardiovascular Conditioning (cycling classes), and Flexibility (yoga classes) - hence the TRIFIT name. They stand behind each pillar of fitness as an integral component of a balanced and holistic approach to fitness.
