The STAR Eco Station is an environmental science museum and exotic wildlife rescue center that offers amazing hands-on lessons in ecology and environmentalism. Guided tours of the STAR Eco Station introduce visitors to a host of exotic rescued wildlife, including lizards, tortoises, parrots, and pythons. Each tour is led by an expert STAR Eco Station staff member who explains the habits and history of hundreds of rescued exotic animals. You'll have a chance to meet several of the animals up close and learn tips on how your family can help protect the environment.

The STAR Eco Station's motto is "Preservation through Education." It carries out this mission every day by educating students, visitors and community members who come to the STAR Eco Station about preserving the environment and the interdependence of all living things. The STAR Eco Station also provides environmental education outreach programs to more than 40 California school districts and they have tours open to the public. Visitors to the STAR Eco Station experience amazing hands-on lessons in ecology and environmentalism through a breathtaking encounter with rare birds, exotic reptiles, wildcats, and ocean life in a tropical jungle setting. Your entire family will have fun and learn during their visit to this unique place.
