Four Gates has a bevy of yoga classes: Kiddio, Prenatal, and Parent Baby Yoga. Never had a bendy body before? Explore the system of yoga in a comfy, family-friendly, welcoming environment. All classes offer warm-up, action/play, breathing, and an oh-so-sweet relaxation ending. Drop in to a class with this deal and get your yoga on.

Four Gates offers classes in kettlebell training, yoga and qi gong meditation. Find acupuncture, personal programs, and kids yoga, as well. The Family Fun Yoga class combines activities that spark the kids’ interest in yoga with postures that the parents practice too! Sing songs, stretch, move, dance and show off your vinyasas to your kids. Children of all ages are welcome, cost is per adult- all kids free, baby sibs welcome of course. Parent presence is required, participation is encouraged, and facilitated. Parents get in some yoga, too. You can bring along baby sibs … this is a nursing and diaper-changing zone.
