The Nitty Gritty:

  • Cancellations require 24 hour notice or promotional value may be voided

  • Voucher is good for standard main line cleaning (up to 100 linear feet, which is the average), with normal in-floor/stack access & includes up to 1 hour of labor 
  • Any additional hours of service will be billed at the standard labor rate of $80 per hour 
  • If it is found that there are any abnormalities, settled, corroded or damaged sewer/drain lines, American Sewer shall not be held responsible 
  • American Sewer shall not be held responsible for any water damage hidden or visual OR any losses due to routine drain cleaning efforts
  • Travel charges may apply to service members outside the metro area loop
