The Nitty Gritty:

  • Voucher must be used in 1 transaction
  • May not be combined with other offers
  • For the private party offer, the $130 voucher will also be used as a non-refundable deposit when booking the party
  • Cancellations require at least 14 days notice; they may apply the deposit to an available date or time within two months of the original booked date
  • Any party cancelled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit your deposit 
  • Private party must be booked by November 2012 (but the party may take place after November 2012)
  • Private party includes: exclusive use of the facility (weekdays only, from 5:30pm-7:15pm), plates, napkins, utensils, and a party host (who will also do the clean up!)
  • Party is good for 20 children; each additional child (ages 12 months to 8 years) is $10
  • Monthly memberships may be used for one month only - June OR July, 2012
  • May redeem at Bellevue or Cool Springs location
