Mpact Martial Arts, Gymnastics and Cheer is a fully-equipped martial arts and gymnastics facility located in the heart of Cool Springs in Brentwood, TN. They are family owned and operated by Eric and Dee Ann Melton. Eric is a former World Welterweight Kickboxing Champion and instills his discipline and love of martial arts in the students he teaches. Mpact also offers preschool gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, girls and boys recreational classes, trampoline and tumbling classes, and a competitive cheer program, run by some of the most reputable coaches in middle Tennessee. They also offer a variety of special programs and events including birthday parties, parents' night out, summer camp, holiday camps, clinics and more.
