An hour-long Mommy & Me stroller fitness class will have you running, jumping, lunging, and squatting alongside your stroller. Make no mistake: this hour-long class is a serious workout for your whole body. What makes it extra fun, though, is that you can bring your little one (up to 15 months old), who will get a kick out of watching Mommy sweat. Then, at the end of class, increase the giggle-factor by taking baby out of the stroller and incorporating him/her into abs exercises!

Meri, the fitness professional behind Mommy & Me Fitness, is an ACE-certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in pre- and post-natal fitness. She is certified in the Tupler Technique, which is the only proven method to correct diastasis recti. Meri is more than just a guide in your workout, though. While you sweat, she will feed your baby, hold him/her, play with him/her, and help with any baby needs while the class is going on. It's like having a FREE sitter with the class!
