Mama Moves (ages 1.5–2 years) Part creative movement class and part mommy-and-me bonding session, this program incorporates dance, songs, stretching, yoga and fun projects. Learn to communicate with your child in inventive and meaningful new ways in a serene environment that engages all the senses and builds trust. Devised around Anne Green Gilbert’s Brain-Compatible Dance Education research.
Dance Me a Story (2.5–3 years) This popular introduction to dance blends music, improv, ballet, and modern dance in the context of stories. Classes will open your child’s mind, body and soul to all forms of expression while encouraging individuality, self-discovery and lack of inhibition. Interdisciplinary activities include costume-making and art projects.
Boys Club (3–4 years) This guys-only class taps into what it means to be male, catering to their unique psychology and physiology. Combining martial arts, hip-hop, tumbling, stunts, and action-packed dance, the club shows boys how to express themselves while respecting the space and feelings of others. Soon, your energetic little man will be embracing his inner superhero.
