Need an awesome extra-curricular activity for your kids now that school is back? Sign them up for Fall Team Tennis with this deal from Elf Tennis.
Team Tennis is a program geared for students ages five and up, who are familiar with playing tennis and understand the basic shots and scoring. Team Tennis members have weekly supervised practices with coaches and participate in interclub and tournament matches. Team members play in USTA 8 and under and 10 and under tournaments and receive coaching at the tournaments. In addition, team members are given a video analysis of their game and a USTA membership. The sessions start the week of September 12th and go until November 14th. The schedule changes each week and the students can choose from multiple practice times and change which practice they attend each week if they like (perfect for flexibility, mom!). This is a great way to challenge your kids outside of school, and it's so healthy too!
Elf Tennis is a portable tennis school that offers tennis lessons tailored to the needs of both kids and adults. Elf Tennis uses appropriate games and drills to conduct effective tennis clinics. For younger children, they use smaller nets and foam balls to make the game easier. Founder Esther Forrester is a seasoned instructor who has taught tennis for 10 years at camps, private clubs, and high schools. She was an academic all-American in Division I tennis and is on the all-time list for wins in singles and doubles at Stony Brook. Tennis is her passion and she is constantly looking for new ways to make tennis exciting. Elf Tennis firmly believes in the four F's: fun, fitness, friendship and fundamentals of tennis.
